ClawFactories sells digital products — agent skills for the OpenClaw platform. Products are delivered electronically via download link after purchase.
You must have a valid OpenClaw installation to use our products. OpenClaw is a separate product not operated by ClawFactories.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered. If you have not yet downloaded your product and believe a refund is warranted, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@clawfactories.com and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
ClawFactories products help you produce and publish books. We make no guarantee of sales, revenue, or income from books published using our products. Results depend on factors outside our control including market conditions, Amazon's algorithms, cover quality, and niche selection.
You are solely responsible for the content of books produced using our products, including compliance with Amazon KDP's content policies and applicable laws. ClawFactories is not responsible for books rejected, removed, or penalised by Amazon.
The product files, documentation, and code are the intellectual property of ClawFactories. Books and content produced using our products are entirely your own — we claim no rights to them.
ClawFactories' liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
